I don't think its a quest its monster town and you can find dojo boss here to make the dojo  quest

Reward : expensive urn (for dojo boss) and shiny stone.

You can loot shiny stone from monster over there.

Its drop from Dojo boss you can find the boss here follow this path

Note :its has a silent raid so u have to check it from time to time.

keep walk to the west till you find a stair go up and follow this path
