How do I get and obtain Tier Set Upgrade Tokens?

Glad you asked. They are obtained through a variety of tasks in game and will be explained in the pictures below. You can also access this information through the bar at the top left(Wand -> Character -> Tier Set Tokens), go to Tier Set Tokens.

Ways to obtain: World/Raid bosses, 10x Dungeons, 25,000 Daily Quest Points, Trimurti Task, and 20x Cursed Chest spawns.
