 How-To 

 Go upstairs 

 

 Cross bridges 

 

 

 Go downstairs and enter TP northwest 

 

 Go south and downstairs 

 

 Talk to A Mad Mage and Give him 2 Shine Stones 

 

 now you must have 2 shine stone 

 

 You will be teleported to the Yielothax spawn if you are level 800 or higher 

 

 And have access to this portal
